Korean Codfish #2

Soak about 1 lb. dried codfish in water to cover for 3 hours. Wash thoroughly. Let codfish dry in sun for 1 hour, until partially dry. Remove skin and bones and shred. Combine marinade.

  • ½ tsp. chili pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp. sesame seeds
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 tsp. monosodium glutamate
  • ½ cup sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp. shoyu
  • Dash of black pepper

Add shredded codfish and store in clean sterilized jars. Good for pupu.
