Korean BBQ

  • 3-4 lbs. of short ribs (BBQ meat, chicken, fish, or hamburger)
  • ¼ cup shoyu
  • ¼ cup sugar or less
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated
  • 2-3 drops sesame seed oil
  • green onions

Soak meat in sauce and cook over hibachi.

Variation: Meat chun–use above sauce with either BBQ Meat or hamburger soaked in sauce. Flour lightly and dip in:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 drops sesame seed oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Beat well and fry on high heat with little oil.
