Iced Tea
- Heat 1 quart freshly drawn cold water to full rolling boil; remove from heat.
- Add 8 – 12 bags or 3 Tbsp loose tea at once. Let steep, uncovered, 5 minutes. Remove tea bags or strain out loose tea.
- Add 1 quart freshly drawn cold water.
- Serve over ice cubes in tall glasses.
- Keep tea at room temperature because refrigeration may cause cloudiness. If tea does cloud, you can restore its clear color by adding a little boiling water.
