He-Man Spanish Rice

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 small clove garlic, minced
  • 1 can (10½-oz) condensed tomato soup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup rice

Cook beef, onion, green pepper, salt, chili powder and garlic in skillet until beef is browned; stir to separate meat particles. Add remaining ingredients. Cover, cook 30 minutes or until rice is tender. Stir often.

Yield: 3-4 servings
