Harm Ha Pork Tofu

- 1 block tofu, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 lb. roast pork, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 tsp. shrimp sauce (harm ha*)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp. oil
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
Garnish:
- Chinese parsley
Arrange roast pork and tofu in bowl. Combine other ingredients and pour over pork-tofu. Steam for 20 minutes. Garnish with Chinese parsley.
