Harm Ha Pork Tofu

  • 1 block tofu, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 lb. roast pork, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tsp. shrimp sauce (harm ha*)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp. oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion

Garnish:

  • Chinese parsley

Arrange roast pork and tofu in bowl. Combine other ingredients and pour over pork-tofu. Steam for 20 minutes. Garnish with Chinese parsley.
