Ham and Potato Scallop

Mrs. Masae Saito – Hoolulu

  • 4 to 6 pieces sliced ham, 1/4 in. thick
  • 4 to 5 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • Salt, pepper, flour and milk

Grease baking dish and lay bottom with ham. Place a layer of onion, then potatoes. Salt, pepper and a generous sifting of flour. Repeat till all potato is used. Dot with butter, and fill with milk almost to the top. Bake in moderate oven about 1 hour.
