Guava Chicken
- 1 5 lb. box chicken thighs
- 1 can (6 oz.) frozen guava nectar
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup oyster sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Chinese Five Spice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Mix nectar with catsup, soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, salt, spice, and garlic. For best results debone or cut slits in chicken thighs. Marinate in sauce overnight, turning occasionally. Cook over charcoal until done.
