Furikake Salmon

- Half Salmon filet
- Furikake (Japanese rice condiment), to taste
- 1/2 c. Yoshida’s Original Gourmet Sauce
- 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
- Wasabi powder (or wasabi paste) to taste
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place salmon filet in foil-lined pan.
- Sprinkle furikake over filet (prefer with nori strips).
- Cover filet with foil.
- Bake for approximately 1/2 to 1 hour, depending on size of fish.
- Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise and wasabi powder and let sit for flavors to blend.
- Remove fish from oven.
- Pour heated Yoshida’s original gourmet sauce over filets.
- Drizzle mixture of mayo and wasabi over filets.
Note: cut salmon at an angle.
