Furikake Salmon

  • Half Salmon filet
  • Furikake (Japanese rice condiment), to taste
  • 1/2 c. Yoshida’s Original Gourmet Sauce
  • 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
  • Wasabi powder (or wasabi paste) to taste
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place salmon filet in foil-lined pan.
  • Sprinkle furikake over filet (prefer with nori strips).
  • Cover filet with foil.
  • Bake for approximately 1/2 to 1 hour, depending on size of fish.
  • Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise and wasabi powder and let sit for flavors to blend.
  • Remove fish from oven.
  • Pour heated Yoshida’s original gourmet sauce over filets.
  • Drizzle mixture of mayo and wasabi over filets.

Note: cut salmon at an angle.
