- 6-8 slices mahimahi
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- Salt as desired
- Flour
Salt mahimahi as desired and flour each piece. Dip in egg and fry in ½ inch deep heated oil. Serve with tartar sauce or plain with shoyu.
