Fishcake Fritters

  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. aji
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. kamaboko, minced
  • 1/4 c. green onion

Combine dry ingredients, beat egg and water until foamy. Add to dry ingredients and just mix to blend. Add kamaboko and onions. Drop by teaspoonful in deep fat. To make double recipe use 1 stick kamaboko.
