Crisp Won Ton #6

  • 1 can (sm.) luncheon meat, grated
  • 1/4 c. chopped green onions
  • 1/4 c. chop sui yam or water
  • 1 box won ton pi squares

Combine the first 3 ingredients. Place 1 tsp. of the filling in the center of the won ton square. Wet the edge of the squares to seal the ingredients in. Drop in deep fat oil. (For soft won ton, the squares may be dropped in soup stock).
