Eggplant and Meat Patties
- 3 cups cooked nasubi (eggplant)
- 1 cup green onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup salted peanuts, crushed in blender
- 1/2 lb. ground round
- 1 tbsp. shrimp flakes
- 1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tsp. shoyu
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. monosodium glutamate
- dash of pepper
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp. katakuriko or cornstarch
Mix all ingredients together, make into patties and fry in little oil.
