Egg Foo Yung

  • ½ cup finely chopped ham or any cooked meats
  • ½ cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • ¼ cup water chestnuts, chopped
  • 5 eggs, beaten

Mix ingredients together until a thick consistency is secured. Divide into 6 portions and pour carefully into a shallow pan of hot frying oil. When one side is brown, turn over and brown the other side.
