Easy Kau Yuk

  • 3 lb. Boston butt
  • 2 bottles kau yuk sauce, ready prepared (Mid Pac Brand)

Pot roast the Boson butt for 2 hours or until the pork is very soft. (Save the stock for soup stock.) Slice the pork in 1/4 inch slices, and simmer the pork slices with the kau yuk sauce until the flavor penetrates. Use more sauce if desired. Serve with chopped Chinese parsley.
