Dollhouse Shortbread
- 1/2 pound butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups flour
Mix with your hands till it resembles coarse meal. Pat the mixture into an ungreased 9×9-inch pan. Pierce the mixture every 2 inches with a fork. Bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes or until lightly browned. Cut into small squares while warm.
Yield: 3 dozen
NOTE: Warmth of your hands softens the butter and makes the shortbread a bit crispy.
