Dinner Medley

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ can water
  • 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 4 small carrots, thinly sliced
  • 2 medium onion, minced
  • 2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • ½ lb. boiled ham or spam, ground or chopped
  • Monosodium glutamate

In a greased pan lay potato, carrots, onions, parsley, ham or spam. Repeat layers, ending with onions and ham. Fill with soup and water rinsed in can. Add pepper to taste. No salt. Dot with small pieces of butter. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees until vegetables are tender. (covered) Serves 6.
