Crispy Chicken Nuggets

  • 2 whole chicken breasts
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • ½ cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt

Bone and skin chicken, easier slightly frozen. Cut into 1″ chunks. Dip chunks in melted butter, then in crumbs (salt and pepper added). Place in single layer on foil-lined baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Serve hot or cold with shoyu dip.

Yield: 2-3 dozen.
