Crisp Won Ton #2

  • 1 can Spam
  • 1 can waterchestnut, finely chopped
  • 2 stalks green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 pkg won ton pi
  • Oil

Put spam into a bowl and mince finely with a fork. Mix in water chestnuts and green onions.

Place 1 teaspoonful mixture in center of won ton pi and fold pi in half, sealing edges with some water. Deep fry and serve.

NOTE: You may want to have some Coleman’s dry mustard sauce mixed with shoyu to dip crisp won ton in. Add a little water to Coleman’s dry mustard, mix, then add shoyu to desired taste. This is very easy and fast to make, and is a great pupu!
