Creamy Crab Dip

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1/3 cup Cream
  • 1 can (6 to 8 ounce) Crabmeat
  • 1 Clove Garlic, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • Dash of Salt
  • Dash of Pepper

Place the cream cheese in a small microwaveable mixing bowl. Cook in microwave oven for 30 to 60 seconds, until the cheese is softened. Blend in the remaining ingredients. Cook in microwave oven for 3 to 4 minutes, until bubbly and hot. Cool. Eat hot or cold.

Yield: 2 cups.
