Crab Dip
- 16 ounces Imitation Crab, thawed
- 4 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded (1/2 to 3/4 pound)
- 1 large Onion, coarsely grated
- 1/3 cup Parsley, coarsely chopped
- 1 quart Mayonnaise
Cut length of imitation crab in half and shred. In a large bowl, combine crab, cheese, onion, and parsley. Toss to mix well. Blend in mayonnaise. Spoon into an ungreased 13 x 9 inch casserole dish.
Bake uncovered in a preheated 350° oven until bubbly, approximately 20 to 25 minutes. Serve hot or warm with crackers or raw vegetables.
