Cream Cheese Pumpkin Pie

Baking Time: 65-70 minutes
Temperature: 325°

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 c. pumpkin
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. ginger
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 tsp. butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
  1. Cream the cheese; add sugar and mix.
  2. Add vanilla and egg and mix.
  3. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
  4. Mix: 1 1/2 c. pumpkin, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, melted butter, eggs, and evaporated milk.
  5. Pour gently over the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Bake 325° for 65-70 minutes.
