Crab Spread

  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup (small can)
  • 8 Oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 Pkg Knox Gelatin
  • 2 Tbsp Hot Water
  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Cup Shredded Crab Meat
  • 1/4 Cup Minced Green Onions (can go up to ½ cup)

1. Blend soup and cream cheese in a saucepan over low heat.
2. Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add to soup mixture. Remove from heat.
3. Stir in mayonnaise, crab meat, and green onions. Pour into a mold and chill overnight.
4. When ready to serve, unmold and serve with crackers.
