Crab Dip

Makes About 2-1/2 Cups

  • 1 can (10.75 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can (7 oz.) crab meat
  • 1 stalk celery, minced
  • 3 stalks green onion, minced or 1/2 cup minced Maui onion
  • 2-3 tablespoons water
  • 1 package unflavored gelatin

Heat soup and cream cheese in saucepan over medium-low heat until smooth and creamy; remove from heat and allow to cool. Mix in mayonnaise and crab meat; mix in remaining ingredients. Serve warm or cold with crackers or vegetables.

Variation:
Substitute canned shrimp or imitation crab for crab meat.
