Corned Beef Pupu

  • 1 can (12 oz.) corned beef
  • 2 or 3 medium-sized potatoes, coarsely grated
  • 1 egg
  • Oil for deep frying

Mix together corned beef, potatoes, and egg. Drop by teaspoonfuls in hot oil. Deep fry until golden brown and crispy; drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot.
