Cottage Cheese Pie

—Georgia Remaly, Auxiliary President 1965-1966, 1981-1982

  • 1 ready-to-bake pie shell
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/3 cup canned milk
  • 1 rounded Tbsp. cornstarch
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk

Bake pie shell 8 minutes at 425°. Sieve cottage cheese and mix with other ingredients. Bake at 350° until firm.
