Cottage Cheese Casserole

  • 1 pt. cottage cheese
  • 3 cups corn flakes
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • Garlic salt
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

Mix all ingredients and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350º. Set in pan of water as you do a custard. It may be baked ahead of time and warmed in frying pan or on cookie sheet in oven. Note: Serves 4. Double quantities for larger casserole.
