Cocktail Meatballs

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup cornflake crumbs
  • 1/3 cup dried parsley
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons minced onions
  • 1/3 cup catsup
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Sauce:

  • 1 can (16 oz.) jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon bottled lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 jar (12 oz.) chili sauce

Mix meatball ingredients together and form into walnut-sized balls. Place in a shallow pan. Combine Sauce ingredients and pour over meatballs. Bake uncovered at 350°F. about 1 hour or until done. Serve with toothpicks in chafing dish.
