Chocolate Pudding Pie

  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 1 can water
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup chocolate
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Combine first 5 ingredients together and let come to a boil. Mix cornstarch and water and add slowly to boiling mixture; stirring constantly. Add vanilla. Pour into baked pie shell and top with whipped cream.

NOTE: Also delicious served as plain chocolate pudding.
