Chicken and Bamboo

- 2 lb chicken chopped
- 1 can bamboo shoots
- ¼ lb dry mushroom
- 1 small can mushroom
- 1 pc ginger
Chop chicken in 1 inch pieces, heat pot well. Add 3 T peanut oil and brown garlic and ginger, add chicken and fry until brown. Add 3 c water and simmer. Add salt to taste. Chop bamboo in strips and chop mushrooms in half, add to chicken and cook until done. Add sauce made of 3 T soyu, 2 T cornstarch Bring to a boil, add some chopped onions and serve.
