Caribbean Lime Pie
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 2/3 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Beat eggs lightly. Add sugar, lime juice and butter; beat until blended. Pour into 9-inch pastry-lined pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cool.
