Brussel Sprouts and Pork
- 1 lb. Belly Pork, cut in 1 inch pcs.
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 pkgs. of frozen brussel sprouts
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 cups water
- 2 tbsp. flour
Boil pork, onion and salt and pepper, till pork is done. Add Brussel Sprouts, boil for 6 more minutes. Mix flour with little water and thicken. Turn off flame.
