Breakfast Casserole

  • 1-1/2 lb. pork sausage
  • 9 eggs
  • 3 slices bread, shredded
  • 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1-1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 3 c. milk
  • 3 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 c. green onions, chopped.

Cook sausage and drain well. Mix remaining ingredients with sausage. Pour into greased 9×13″ pan. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
