Beef Ole
- 2 pkg. corn chips
- 1 head lettuce, sliced
- 1/2 sweet onion, sliced fine or chopped
- 3 tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
- meat sauce
- taco sauce
Meat Sauce:
- 3 lb. ground meat
- 3 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
- 2 cans tomato paste
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 c. water
- salt to taste
Brown meat; drain fat. Add other ingredients and simmer for about 1/2 hour.
When ready to serve, lay chips in pan, top with meat sauce, and cover with lettuce and onion; sprinkle with tomatoes and add cheese on the top. Serve with Taco sauce.
