Barbecue Spareribs

Boil about 3 lbs. spareribs first (cut 3″ long)

  • Ginger – 1″
  • ½ clove garlic
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ½ cup shoyu
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp. wine (optional)
  • 1 tsp. salt

Crush ginger and garlic. Place ribs in pan, blend in the sauce and rub into the ribs. Let stand for awhile and broil until done.
