Avocado Dip

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. grated onion
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp. liquid hot pepper sauce
  • ¼ tsp. salt

Cut avocados in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Peel and mash avocados until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Cover and chill 1 hour. Makes approximately 1½ cups dip.
