Avocado Dip
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. grated onion
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp. liquid hot pepper sauce
- ¼ tsp. salt
Cut avocados in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Peel and mash avocados until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Cover and chill 1 hour. Makes approximately 1½ cups dip.
