Appetizer Meat Balls

  • 3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 small cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 3 pounds ground chuck beef

In a large mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, water, garlic, and ginger. Add ground beef and mix well. Form spoonfuls of meat mixture into 1-inch balls. Put balls on cookie sheet or large pan and bake at 375°F. 15 minutes, then turn over to bake a few minutes longer.
