Coffee Gelatin

  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin (1 tbsp.)
  • ¼ cup cold water
  • 2 cups strong coffee (hot)
  • 6 tbsp. sugar
  • ½ tsp. vanilla

Soften gelatin in cold water. Add coffee, sugar and vanilla. Chill till set. Serve with topping of whipped cream, ice cream or custard sauce.
