Guava Kanten
- 2 sticks red kanten
- 2½ cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 can frozen guava nectar
Cook kanten in water until melted. Add sugar and cook for 15 minutes. Add guava nectar (thawed). Strain for clearer kanten. Pour into mold.
