Impossible Pie

Arlene Sanae Mizukami, Class of 1963

• 1/2 cup Bisquick
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 3 Tbsp butter or margarine
• 2 cups milk
• 1 3-1/2 can coconut

Place all ingredients in blender and blend. Pour into buttered pie plate and bake at 350 degrees until set, about 25-30 minutes.
