Walter’s Biscuit

- 4 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 2 Tbsp Baking Powder
- 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 Dash Salt
- 3 Sticks Butter, softened
- 1 1/2 Cups Milk
1. Preheat oven to 450ºF. Grease or spray the pan.
2. Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl. Using a pastry blender, cut in the butter until mixture is crumbly. Do not over mix!
3. Make a crater in the center. Pour in milk and fold mixture from the edge to center towards the milk until completely moistened.
4. Scoop batter evenly into the pan.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool.
