“Almond Roca” Graham Crackers

  • 2 Ea Blocks of Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • Graham Crackers
  • Sliced Almonds

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a cookie sheet (with sides) with foil. Spray the foil lightly with Pam.

2. In a small saucepan over low heat, place sugar and butter and stir constantly to blend well. Do not overheat.

3. Place graham crackers on the foil and pour the butter mixture over the crackers. Sprinkle with sliced almonds.

4. Bake for 9-10 minutes (watch carefully – do not burn).

5. Transfer to a wire rack to cool. Crackers will be hot and soft, but will harden after they cool. Store in airtight containers.
