Amazin’ Raisin Cake

Pan Size: 9×13-inch pan

Baking Time: 45 minutes

Temperature: 350°

Serves: 12-15 servings

• 3 c. flour
• 2 c. sugar
• 1 c. mayonnaise (Best Foods)
• 1/3 c. milk
• 3 c. apples, peeled and chopped
• 1 c. Sun Maid seedless raisins
• 2 tsp. baking soda
• 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
• Whipped cream

1. Grease and flour 9×13-inch pan.
2. In a large mixing bowl, at low speed, beat all ingredients except raisins, apples and nuts.
3. Batter will be very thick. Add apples, raisins, and nuts.
4. Spoon batter into pan.
5. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
6. Serve with whipped cream.
