Strawberry Cake

Pan Size: 9×13-inch pan
Baking Time: 40–45 minutes
Temperature: 350°

  • 1 pkg. strawberry cake mix
  • 1 3 oz. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 c. Mazola oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. strawberry soda (save rest of soda to pour over cake)
  1. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat well.
  2. Pour into a greased 9×13-inch pan and bake at 350° for 40–45 minutes.
  3. Test cake for doneness before taking out of the oven.
  4. When done, take the cake out of the oven and poke holes throughout the cake with a chopstick and pour the remaining soda over the cake.
  5. For a different cake, use the orange supreme cake mix and orange crush soda.
