Tofu Patties
- 1 block tofu, mashed
- 1 can tuna
- ½ cup thinly chopped carrots
- ½ cup string beans, chopped
- 1/3 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. monosodium glutamate
- Dash of pepper
Mash the tofu into bowl. Add the tuna and vegetables. Add eggs and seasonings and mix. Make into patties and fry in oil until brown.
