Tofu and Kogai

  • 1 block tofu
  • 1 can ajitsuke kogai (seasoned)

Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp. shoyu
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. water

Let sauce come to a boil in wide saucepan. Cut tofu in cubes and add into the sauce. Sprinkle can kogai over and simmer about five minutes. 6 servings.
