Stuffed Wieners
- 1 pkg. Wieners (10 in)
- 3 to 4 sweet pickled gherkins
- 5 slices American cheese, singled
- 10 pieces bacon
Slice wieners in half lengthwise, leaving one side intact. (like hot dog buns are cut). Slice pickles into thin slices. Cut cheese into strips, one square may be cut into four strips. Fill each wiener, full length with two strips of cheese, one or two slices of pickles. Wrap bacon around center of filled wieners. Pass toothpick right through bacon and wiener to hold stuffing in. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until wieners are thoroughly heated.
