Cream Cheese Pumpkin Pie
Baking Time: 65-70 minutes
Temperature: 325°
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 c. pumpkin
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. ginger
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 tsp. butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
- Cream the cheese; add sugar and mix.
- Add vanilla and egg and mix.
- Pour into unbaked pie shell.
- Mix: 1 1/2 c. pumpkin, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, melted butter, eggs, and evaporated milk.
- Pour gently over the cream cheese mixture.
- Bake 325° for 65-70 minutes.
