Coffee Kanten Jello
Pan Size: 9×13-inch pan for thin layer / 9×9-inch pan for thicker layer
- 3 c. hot water
- 1 can condensed milk
- 4 tsp. instant coffee
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 4 pkgs. Knox gelatin
- 1 c. cold water
1. Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
2. Mix together condensed milk, instant coffee, and sugar in hot water.
3. Add dissolved gelatin to hot mixture.
4. Place in either 9×13-inch pan for thin layer or 9×9-inch pan for a thicker layer.
5. Chill.
