Pickled Pig Feet
- 3 lbs. chopped pig feet
- Salt, pepper
- Flour
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp. shoyu
- 1 small piece ginger
Roll pig feet in salt, pepper and flour and fry in oil until brown. Then add the rest of the ingredients and cook until tender.
