Steamed Eggs
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 tsp. salad oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. chopped dried shrimps
Place the first four ingredients in a large saimin bowl and steam for 15 minutes. Sprinkle dried shrimp on top and simmer another 10 minutes. For steaming, a large pot should have 3/4 inch of water. Add chopped green onion and oyster sauce and serve.
